About QUBIC

The name Qubic is a deliberate play on the mathematical term cubic- a nod to the founder's background as a math teacher and his love for geometry. The founder believes that a home is a space made up of volumes, angles, and intersecting planes- a three-dimensional structure where every line tells a story. That perspective shapes how the company cares for its client's homes. Qubic Home Watch observes the whole home with precision and purpose. 

Robert Powell is a Naples, FL resident who is a bonded and insured Home Watch Reporter. Originating from Detroit, Michigan, Robert found his way down to Florida early, attending the University of Miami to study Mechanical Engineering. Over the years, Robert's career in the electric utility sector moved him and his family across various parts of the country. After his two sons left the nest to attend the United States Military Academy, Robert found his way back to the sunny side of life, in Naples. Since returning, Robert has given back to his community through serving as a mathematics teacher in Collier County Schools. In recent years, Robert has shifted gears to a leadership role looking to create for effective and efficient customer service. 

Creating Qubic has allowed Robert to combine his technical skills, drive to serve, and his core principles of being thorough, trustworthy, and observant.
